Terms of service
Effective 5 November 2026 · Contact:
These terms cover the Birdlanes game on Google Play and on CrazyGames. By playing, you agree to them. They don’t take away any rights you have by law as a consumer.
Who we are
Birdlanes is made by , an individual developer in Dhaka, Bangladesh, acting as a trader. Email: . On Android, the full trader details (address and phone number) are shown on the game’s Google Play page.
Playing the game
The game is free to play, with nothing to buy. We give you a personal, non-commercial right to install and play it on your own devices. Please don’t copy, resell or modify the game, or use cheats or tools to change your progress. The game, its art, sounds, levels and pictures belong to us, except the sound effects, which are free CC0 clips by Kenney (kenney.nl).
Coins, hints and feathers
Coins, hints and feathers are game items you earn by playing or by watching optional videos. They have no money value, can’t be bought, sold, exchanged for money or moved to another player, and are used up when spent. They are kept with your progress: on Android on your phone (uninstalling the app removes them), on CrazyGames in your CrazyGames save.
Ads
On Android the game shows ads from Unity (LevelPlay and Unity Ads). Reward videos are always optional and never needed to finish a level; from level 4 a short ad can appear between some levels. On CrazyGames, ads are shown by CrazyGames. How ads use data is in the privacy policy.
Changes to the game
We update the game to add levels and fix problems, and may change features and rewards. If we ever stop offering the game, we will say so in the game and on this site first where we can.
Liability
We work to keep the game running well, but we can’t promise it will always be free of bugs or available. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer laws, you keep the protection of those laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top, and note big changes in the game’s release notes.
